Globe Telecom customers traveling or residing outside the Philippines are reporting widespread issues with roaming services, including complete loss of signal, inability to make calls, failure to receive OTPs, and being limited to emergency services only. The problem appears to have started around June 3, 2025, and has affected users in several countries such as the United States, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and even some parts of Europe.

Social media platforms have been inundated with complaints from frustrated users.

Despite the growing number of reports, Globe Telecom has yet to issue an official statement addressing the issue. The company’s support channels, including the GlobeOne app and Messenger, have reportedly been unresponsive, leaving many users without assistance.

As of now, Globe Telecom has not provided any updates or timelines for resolving the issue.
