New Kapamilya singer Kyle Daniell sends an empowering message of loving oneself in his single “Hindi Minahal.”
The latest Star Music release, penned by Kyle and Roly Halagao, highlights the resilience to withstand the pain of a one-sided love.
“Gusto ko talagang gumawa ng song na pwede makapag-remind sa mga tao na to love yourself. Kapag pinakinggan mo yung song, it’s a message for those people who are struggling to move on,” he said.
Kyle shared how songwriting helped him as an artist to deliver the song’s message.
“Kapag songwriter ka, mas madali mong mae-express ‘yung kanta. Mas maiintindihan mo ‘yung bawat detalye nung ginagawang kanta. Mas magaganda mo siyang made-deliver,” he said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.
Kiko “Kikx” Salazar and ALAS served as the song producers.
Kyle has previously captivated listeners with his soulful pop ballads. After being discovered by composer and producer Roly Halagao, he was signed into a talent management company where he grew his passion for music through various workshops. In 2022, the Bulacan native released his first single, “To Last Forever,” a feel-good track suited for beach parties. Aside from his music, Kyle works as a digital commercial actor.
